能源安全约束下的新型工业化战略选择

自20世纪80年代特别是90年代以来,随着中国经济对外开放的不断扩大,工业化进程快速推进,经济高速发展所引致的能源需求迅速上升,在能源产供能力短期内难以大幅度增加的情况下,能源供需矛盾日益突出已成为制约中国经济发展的关键性因素之一。为此,通过对能源安全问题的研究,为缓解中国经济高速发展进程中能源供求压力,确保能源安全,促进社会经济健康和谐发展提供具体解决方案与实施措施。

The Choice of New-type Industrialization Strategy under the Constraint of Energy Security

Since 1980s and especially 1990s,China's constant expansion of opening-up,the rapid industrialization process,and the high-speed economic growth have resulted in the steady soaring energy demand.On the other hand,the energy supply is almost impossible to realize a big-margin increase in the near future and consequently the distinct imbalance between the supply and demand has become one of the elements restricting China's economic development.Therefore,the study on energy security will provide specific plan and measures to ease the pressure of supply and demand so as to guarantee energy security and promote healthy and harmonious social and economic development.
