| Abstract: | At present, with the rapid development of the economy and urbanization, the suburban land, which is expropriated for use, is continuously expanding. The corresponding contradictions and problems is increasing too. Therefore, how to eliminate the contradictions and resolve the problems in the course of suburban land expropriation by taking effective countermeasures so that we can make rational and legal use of the suburban land is an important and realistic problem demanding further probe. |
