| 摘 要： | 我国目前正在进行市场流通立法,商务部计划于2009年提出《市场流通基本法》草案。但在市场流通立法中,有必要重申适度干预经济这一基本原则,且现代商事经济立法也应该引入"以人为本"的观念,并在市场流通立法中应以消费者权利保护为终极导向。

| Abstract: | China is currently undertaking legislation on market circulation.Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China intends to bring forward the draft of "Basic Law of Market Circulation" in 2009.In the lawmaking on market circulation,the principle of a modest intervention in the economy should be reemphasized.Modern legislation on business and economy should also import the concept of "people-oriented".Market distribution legislation should be ultimately oriented by the goal of consumer welfare and rights protection. |
