| 摘 要： | 以2005年公开披露的中国上市公司投资者关系50强中的32家公司为研究样本,来检验机构持股对我国上市公司投资者关系管理的影响。研究发现,上一期机构持股比例与当期投资者关系水平显著正相关,并且高水平的投资者关系有利于吸引更多的机构投资者,其下一期机构持股比例将有显著提高。

| Abstract: | This paper chooses 32 listed companies in 2005 as a sample,aims to verify the influence of institutional investors' share-holding on investor relationship management.It finds that institutional investors' share-holding is a significant factor associated with the level of investor relationship management,and high level of investor relations management helps to attract more institutional investors,and institutional investors' share-holding will increase remarkably in the next period. |
