| 摘 要： | 如何协调森林旅游资源开发与保护的关系是旅游业持续发展的关键,文章针对森林旅游开发中存在的问题,分析了制约森林旅游资源保护与管理的因素;根据资源的不同级别提出三种相应管理模式,即直接管理模式、授权管理模式和委托管理模式;最后,文章探讨了实施森林旅游资源管理模式的保障措施。
