| 摘 要： | 上海零售业态经过二十多年的发展，初步形成了多样化、市场化、现代化的业态发展格局。2004年12月11日我国零售市场全面开放以后，上海零售业态的演化将在经济发展、竞争加剧、技术进步、需求变异众多因素的驱动下，呈现出规模化、国际化、连锁化、进一步分化和差异化的演化趋势。

| Abstract: | Types of operation of retail enterprises in Shanghai have formed a development pattern of diversification,marketization and modernization over the last two decades and will trend towards scalization,internationalization,chainization and further differentiation under the propellant influence of economic growth,fiercer competition,technological advance and changes in demand after the all-round opening up of China's retail market from December 11,2004. |
