水功能区水资源可利用量量质结合评价方法及其应用

摘    要:水功能区划是水资源开发利用、保护的依据,水功能区水资源可利用量量质结合评价分析可以提供水功能区不同的水量、水质、纳污能力、达标削减量等诸多信息,便于水行政主管部门对不同水功能区水资源进行量质结合精细管理,明确保护重点,提高水资源配置能力。

Abstract:Water functional zone is the basis for water resources development and protection. Through the integrated quantity-quality assessment of available water resources in water functional zone, different water quantity, quality, pollutant capacity and the quantity of pollutant reduction etc can be provided, which is beneficial for water administration to finely control water quantity and quality, define important protection zone and improve the distribution of water resources in different water functional zones.
