经济增长引擎适时替换的实证分析

改革开放以来,我国经济一直都保持着比较高的增长率。作者认为:这些年来推动中国经济高速增长的原因主要有两个:一是我国一直以来实行的积极财政政策;二是外资的大量涌入,外贸出口大幅增加。但是,目前中国的国内环境和所处的国际环境已经发生了深刻的变化,为使中国能够顺利迎来新一轮的高速增长期,推动中国经济快速增长的这两大力量应适时转变,我国应该寻找新的推动经济增长力量,文章认为拉动居民消费和增加国内企业投资是关键。

Empirical analysis of the Replacement of the Economic Growth Engine At Good Time

Since the reforming and opening-up, the economy of China has been kept increasing at high rate. The author thinks: There are two main reasons in promoting China's economy: First, the expanding financial policy which our country has implemented since 1998; Second, the pouring in of foreign capital and the increasing of export in a large amount. However, the domestic environment of China and international environment have already changed deeply at present, to keep developing smoothly in the future, we should incentive the consumption of residents and increase investment of domestic enterprises instead of relying on expanding financial policy and the enlargement of export continually.
