| 摘 要： | 中小企业在国民经济中的地位越来越重要,但其健康发展面临两个问题:一是融资困难;二是投资渠道少,两个因素相互交织,对中小企业的壮大构成威胁。本文分析了上述两个问题的成因,并提出国有资本从营利性领域退出以及放宽行业准入制度是解决上述问题的有效方式。
