对地勘单位发展多种经营的几点思考

地勘单位的多种经营普遍存在着经济效益差的现实。不会管理,不善经营,资金短缺,技术水平低不是造成这一局面的根本原因。本文通过与乡镇企业在政企分开、经营机制、目标机制的比较中探索了经济效益差的根本原因。提出了内外共改、标本兼治,大力推行股份制是发展多种经营的重要途径。

Pondering on the Development of Mutiple Managements in Geological Exploration Units

It's commonly accepted that the benefit of mutiple management in geological units is poor undoubtedly, unable-administration, poor management, lack of funds and low technique level the root are considered to be the canses for that. This paper discusses the root cause for poor ecnomic benefit by comparing with village-and-fown enterprises in seperation of government and enterprises, management system and objective system. It's suggested that reforms both in inner and outer, treatment both on symptomatic and undering cause, and implement of stock system are the important ways for developing mutiple management.
