| Abstract: | As gradually deepening of state-own assets system reform,restructuring of state-own assets had entered a new tough period.The article explored following problems,such as how to exert industrial advantage of state-own enterprises in reconstruction,industrial cluster of reconstruction,extruding tier differentiation of main business,treatment of nonprincipal business assets,as well as achievement evaluation of reconstructing enterprises and motivation mechanism. |
