Countermeasure Research on Controlling Logistics Cost of Acquisition

Controlling logistics operational cost effectively plays an important role in improving the benefit and competence of acquisition.To alleviating logistics operational cost,we ought to study on the restriction and the approach of it.This paper analyzes the characteristics of logistics cost,disclose the influence of it,and puts forward some countermeasure to reduce the logistics cost of acquisition.
