石油企业跨国并购后的文化整合研究

摘    要:我国经济的迅速发展导致石油安全问题日渐突出,因此,我国石油企业肩负着开辟海外石油事业、建立境外石油供应基地的重任。跨国并购成为我国石油企业快速获取优良资产、全面提高自身实力、进而有效保障国际化经营战略实施的必不可少的手段,而并购后的文化整合则是决定跨国并购业务成败的关键。本文就我国石油企业跨国并购后的文化整合问题进行了探讨,提出了一些具体的建议和措施,希望对我国石油企业的稳步发展有所助益。

Abstract:As china's economy prompt development,safety problems become more and more obvious.Therefore,Chinese oil enterprises become the herald of oversea petrol-oil industry,and constructor of oversea oil supporting base.Transnational MA plays more important role in oversea expansion,business operating,and becomes the main method in gaining superior assets,improving competitive ability.However,the key of the succeed of transnational MA is whether the culture integrationin after the transnational MA is successful or not.This paper discusses the culture integrationin after the transnational MA of oil enterprises,and puts forward some concrete proposals and measures combined with the actual situation,and hopes to promote the steady development of oil enterprises.
