| 摘 要： | 改革开放30年来,组织工作在服务地质事业改革发展中发挥了引导、保障和促进作用.从地质工作历次重大变革看,组织人事工作的作用至关重要.实践证明,组织人事工作只有坚持解放思想,与时俱进,与地质工作改革发展的现实需要紧密结合;坚持以人为本,加强自身建设,才能保持生机与活力,激发内在动力,为地质工作提供组织保障和智力支持,促进地质事业的科学发展,为经济社会的发展做出应有的贡献.
