| 摘 要： | 加入WTO,并没有给我国出口环境带来彻底的改善,技术性贸易壁垒却日益增强。我们应该从健全国家出口主导服务体系、构建行业协会辅助服务体系和加强企业创新体系等三个方面建立应对机制。

| Abstract: | Joining WTO has not improved the export environment of our country radically,but TBT becomes increasingly stronger.This paper puts forward countermeasures from three aspects,namely perfecting service system with national export as the dominant part,constructing service system with industrial association as the assistant part and strengthening the innovation system of enterprises. |
