| Abstract: | The controversy over education function has arisen since 1970's,raising doubts about traditional human capital theory.This article introduces the development of screening theory and analyzes and reviews the current research on it abroad.Then it brings forward the problems facing the research of screening theory and the direction of the research in the future. |
