| 摘 要： | 对先进制造业基地的内涵进行了阐述,并概括了先进制造业基地应该具备的主要特征,指出先进制造业基地建设应该走知识创新道路。知识创新包括企业和区域两个层面,在企业层面应大力开发拥有自主知识产权的装备、改善企业管理、增加产品的知识含量;在区域层面,应促进企业的空间集聚,加强不同主体之间的联系。

| Abstract: | The article gave the meaning of the advanced manufacturing base and summarized its main features. It pointed out that the construction of advanced manufacturing base should follow the way of knowledge innovation. The way of knowledge innovation contained two aspects of enterprise and region. The enterprises should strengthen the developing of advanced equipment with our own intellect rights, improve the management and increase the ingredient of intellect for the product. We should also promote the conglomeration of the enterprises in space and strengthen the linkage of the different units. |
