我国建材物流发展对策研究

奥运工程的全面建设和房地产投资的巨额增长,带动了建材流通业的迅速发展,同时也暴露了建材物流业存在的主要问题：（1）物流费用过高,有数据显示,物流费用在建筑业的造价中占11%左右;（2）流通环节多、复杂,物流效率低下;（3）电子化、信息化水平低,信息传递速度慢。文章强调了建材业在国民经济中的重要地位,针对建材物流业存在的上述问题,提出了改进现有流通模式,发展新模式、合理规划配送中心、发展第三方物流,以及促进电子商务发展等措施来改善建材物流环境,使物流更好地为建材业服务,从而促进国民经济发展。

Research on the Countermeasure of Building Materials Logistics in China

With comprehensive construction of China's Olympic projects and the huge growth of real estate investment,the building materials industry develops fast,at the same time,it exposes many issues,(1)Logistics costs are too high which account around 11% in the total cost of construction industry showing by a data.(2)Logistics links is more compared with developed countries and the process is too complex which result in inefficient logistics.(3)The level of electronic and information systems are low which slow the transmission of information.This paper stressed the building materials industry is very important in the national economy.For the above issues,some measures are referred,including improving existing circulation patterns,developing new models,rational planning distribution centers,developing third-party logistics and promoting the development of e-commerce.Making logistics services for building materials industry better,thus contributing to national economic development.
