| 摘 要： | 构造了道路交通突发事件影响因素的解释结构模型,解析了各影响因素间的逻辑关系,识别了关键影响因素的层级结构,找到了影响道路交通突发事件发生的最直接和最根本的关键因素,为道路交通突发事件识别和分析提供了科学依据。

| Abstract: | This paper constructs the interpretative structural modeling（ISM） of influencing factor of road traffic emergency（RTE） ,and further analyzes the logical relationship between them ,and identifies the hierarchical structure of key factors ,and finds out the most direct and funda‐mental influencing factors .The result provides a scientific basis for the identification and analysis of RTE . |
