变频器在恒压供水领域上的应用

摘    要:随着变频调速技术和可编程控制器的飞速发展,以及其应用面广、功能强大、使用方便,已经成为当代工业自动化的主要装置之一,在工业生产领域得到广泛使用,在其它领域(如民用和家庭自动化)的应用也得到了迅速的发展。由于变频调速技术和可编程程序控制器的应用灵活方便,在恒压供水系统中亦得到广泛的应用。采用PLC作为中心控制单元,利用变频器与PID结合,根据系统状态可快速调整供水系统的工作压力,达到恒压供水的目的,提高了系统的工作稳定性,得到了良好的控制效果以及明显的节能效果。介绍恒压供水之前先要了解供水系统的一些基本特性。

Abstract:With the rapid development of the frequency control technology and programmable logic controller, and as their wide applications, powerful functions and they are easy to use, so they have become one of the main devices of modern industrial automation, and widely used in the field of industrial production and have a rapid development in other areas (such as civil and home automation). As the application of the frequency control technology and programmable logic controller is flexibility, in the constant pressure water supply system they has been widely used. Using PLC as the central control unit, combining with transducer and PID, according to the system state, we can quickly adjust the working pressure of water supply system, and achieve the purpose of constant pressure water supply to improve the stability of the system work, which get a good control effect and the apparent energy saving. Before the introduction of the constant pressure water, we should firstly understand some basic characteristics of the water supply system.
