中国移动电话制造业的市场进入壁垒分析

摘    要:中国移动电话制造业的迅猛发展对大批企业产生了吸引力,但是新进入企业将要面临各种市场进入壁垒。本文运用产业组织学的知识,结合各种公开数据和资料,系统地分析了该行业进入壁垒的构成及其发生作用的机理,认为不存在很大的规模经济壁垒和必要资本量壁垒,但是存在产品差别化壁垒、绝对费用壁垒和战略性壁垒。最后还给出了新进入厂商采取的可能策略建议。

Abstract:In China,the rapid development of mobile phone manufacturing industry has appealed many enterprises.However,the entrant will face kinds of barriers to the market entry.This paper offers a systematic analysis of the composition of the barrier and its mechanism through the theory of industrial organization and all kinds of disclosed data and materials.It indicates that there doesn't exist scale-economic barrier or essential capital amount barrier,but differentiation barrier of the products,the absolute expense barrier and strategic barrier.Finally,some advice is offered to the entrant.
