集群制造企业与外部利益相关者合作战略——浙江长兴的案例

鉴于长兴县域各类产业群集群制造企业仅将外部核心利益相关者定位于传统产业链成员，网络化程度不高；所要求的利益较为初级，更集中于眼前直接的物质利益要求。文章立足于实证研究结论，着眼于正式产业网络、非正式产业网络关系的构建和资源的整合，从组织创新和资源整合两个视角，分别针对长兴县域四类产业群，提出集群制造企业与其外部利益相关者合作战略。
