| 东北地区现代服务业发展的制约因素及路径探析 |

| 摘 要： | 东北地区现代服务业发展滞后,正处于亟待发展的新产业阶段。目前,制约现代服务业发展的主要因素是市场化、城市化、国际化水平不高,现代消费性服务需求不足、人才短缺。应从产业融合、区域产业集聚、承接服务外包、推进自主创新等方面入手,加快推进东北地区现代服务业的发展。

| Abstract: | Modern service industry in Northeast Area is in a new stage-urgent to develop.Now the main factors restricting modern service industry are lower in marketization,urbanization,and internationalization,and insufficient in modern consume service need and talents.Hence,we need accelerate the development of modern service industry in Northeast area from the aspects of industrial convergence,regional industry clusters,developing serving outsourcing,and promoting independent innovation. |
