| 摘 要： | 本文借鉴经济学中的帕累托资源配置效率的标准，采用效率性指标和稳定性指标对甘肃省金融资源配置效率进行了分析，得出甘肃省虽然存在社会资本从低回报率产业流向高回报率产业的金融资源优化配置机制，但与全国相比，甘肃省金融资源配置效率依然偏低的结论，并在此基础上提出了甘肃省提高金融资源配置效率的对策建议。

| Abstract: | The paper learns the economic Pareto resource allocation efficiency criteria and analyzes the fi-nancial resources allocation efficiency in Gansu Province using efficiency and stability indicators , then draws the conclusions that although there exists the financial resource optimization allocation mechanism of social capital flowing from a low rate of return industry to the higher industry , compared with the whole nation, Gansu Province financial resources allocation efficiency is still low .On this basis, the paper pro-poses the corresponding countermeasures . |
