摘    要:在可持续发展观的影响下,森林资源的利用模式由以木材为主导的利用模式转变为以生态功能为主导的多功能利用模式,而后者实施要以森林景观资源的开发利用为依托。因此,森林景观资源的利用效率成为衡量森林资源利用效率的重要尺度。运用DEA方法对黑龙江省森林景观资源利用效率进行测算,通过比较得出其在全国31个地区中的排名,以期为评价黑龙江省森林景观资源的利用水平及制定相关的开发利用战略提供重要依据。

Abstract:Under the fluence of the sustainable development,utilization mode of forest resources changes greatly,which means multifunctional utilization mode of the ecological function as the leading replaces utilization mode of the wood as the leading.And the implementation of multifunctional utilization mode needs depending on develop ment and utilization of forest landscape resources,so forest landscape resources utilization efficiency become the im portant measurement scale of forest resources utilization efficiency.The paper undertakes calculating on forest land scape resources utilization efficiency in Heilongjiang province by applying the DEA method,and obtains its ranking among 31 regions nationwide by comparing,which offers the important basis for understanding correctly use level of forest landscape resources and drawing up related development and utilization strategy.
