| Abstract: | This paper expatiated the main approaches cultivating large-scale state-owned construction enterprises from aspects of speeding up the industrial structure adjustment, establishing and improving modern enterprise system, raising overall contract management level, enhancing scientific and technological innovation and capital operation capacity and strengthening the co-operations among enterprises according to the main problems and development needs of construction industry in China. |
