| 摘 要： | 针对奥运工程、世博工程等由若干子项目组成的大型公共项目的管理, 本文从系统科学的角度出发,引入“集群”的概念, 尝试将其复杂的规划、建设、运营过程纳入集群系统的实现、运行、维护的可操作性程序中。文章从系统科学的角度对奥运工程、世博工程等进行整体的重新认识, 提出大型集群项目的概念, 并建立了大型集群项目可靠度最优配置的数学模型, 对大型集群项目的研究进行了初步探讨。

| Abstract: | Based on system science,cluster is inducted in this paper to compose a new concept,Large Construction Cluster,which,to be a general designation of the projects such as Beijing 2008 Olympics,Shanghai 2010 Expo and so on.There are two sections in this paper.In first section,the definition of Large Construction Cluster is given,which is a reconsideration of the projects of Beijing Olympics and Shanghai Expo.In the second,reliability optimal disposition model of Large Construction Cluster is presented as a primary research step. |
