| 摘 要： | 京津冀概念内含深刻矛盾，对其内涵的解析可以更加清晰认识京津冀协同发展的终极目标和现实矛盾。京津冀一盘棋的战略构思，发现了京津冀的新关系。在河北大地棋盘上，各个城市犹如棋子一样，组成了京津冀城市群。京津冀协同发展最终会表现为城市群的协同发展。棋子功能的借喻，为北京非首都功能疏解和京津冀城市群产业关联的实现路径提供了启示。

| Abstract: | The concept of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei contains profound contradiction, analysis on its connotation can be more clear understand the ultimate goal and the realistic contradiction of their coordinated development. The strategic idea of their game of chess discovered the new relationship of them. In the land of Hebei on the board, each city, just like chess, consists of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei city groups. Collaborative development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei eventually appears as the collaborative development of city group. The metaphor of chess offers enlightenment to the realization path of untwining for Beijing non capital function and the Beijing- Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration Industry Association . |
