| 摘 要： | 在以往对信用风险评估进行研究的献中，其评估指标体系往往仅含有数个财务指标，依此对信用风险的判别，其结果难以令人信服。本从贷款企业管理的品德素质、能力素质、信用状况、贷款企业管理层的人才结构、贷款企业股东情况等5个层面对贷款企业管理基本意质进行了详细的分析。

| Abstract: | In the previous documents studying the assessment of credit risks, the index system of the assessment has only several financial indexes, according to which the credit risks are distinguished, and the result isn't convincing. In this paper, the basic qualities of the managers in the loan enterprises are discussed from five facets: morals, abilities, credit, the structure of qualified personnel, shareholders etc. |
