流态混凝土的试验研究

摘    要: 综合隔河岩水利枢纽工程和三峡工程流态砼的试验 研究成果,对国产常用几种塑化剂的掺用效果进行了比较,同时对流态砼的组成和物理力学性能作了阐述。试验表明:流态砼的组成与基准砼基本相似,凝结时间比基准砼延缓 4~6 h;抗压强度、弹性模量和极限拉伸值、干缩值均随龄期增长而增长等性能与基准砼基本相同。

Abstract:This paper summarizes the experimental results of guss concrete used in Geheyan Water Conservancy Project and Three Gorges Project.The effects of several common plastifiers made in China admixed into guss concrete are compared with each other.The composition of guss concrete,its physical and mechanical properties are studied.It is concluded that its composition is basically similar to that of the reference concrete besides the necessity of adding plasticiser;the set time of guss concrete may be put off for 4 6 hours later than that of the reference concrete ;its compression strength,elastic modulus,ultimate elongation and dry shrinkage will increase with the increase of its age.
