基于平衡记分卡和模糊综合评判的供应链绩效评价

首先回顾了国内外供应链绩效评价采用的主要模型。从财务、顾客、业务流程、学习和创新四个方面构建了制造商为核心企业的供应链绩效评价指标体系,用标杆定位法确定其中的定性指标;然后应用模糊综合评判法进行评价,并对供应链绩效评价的相关应用作了进一步的分析。

The Supply Chain Performance Evaluating Based on the Balanced Scorecard and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

This paper first reviewed the predominant model used by the performance evaluation of the supply chain at home and abroad,then constructing of the four manufacturers at the core of enterprise supply chain performance evaluation system from financial,customers,business processes,learning and innovation,using benchmarking method to determine which location the qualitative indicators,and then making a further analysis about the applications of performance evaluation of the supply chain.
