| Abstract: | Our country has already entered WTO,the peried of protect will end,this means competition will ke more vigorous.According to HeiLongJiang Province,the industrial structure is one of the key which decides whether the province of Heilongjiang can win in the international competition.It's important to reform industrial structure.So,we should emphasize the reform of state enterprise,strengthen the social guarantee system,occupy the international marketplace positively. |
