| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the significance of the
flow of property right for the synthetical competence of
our country and international merge and reform, and
discusses the importance for the flow of property right
to build a good investment environment and mechanism
of property right transaction. It suggests the
development on mixed ownership economy, integration
of property right market and guidance of the state-
owned asset to well participate in the property right
trade. |
