| 摘 要： | 长期以来,国有商业银行治理效率较低,上市有助于提高其治理效率,但仍然需要进一步提高治理效率。从现有上市公司治理存在的问题不难看出国有商业银行上市后也不例外。为此,应当采取减持国有股、确保出资人到位、实施股票期权计划、完善治理结构、引入独立董事制度、加强有效监管等措施提高治理效率。

| Abstract: | Although coming into the market has helped them increase the efficiency,the management efficiency of stated-owned commercial banks has been low for a long time.So,we should increase its efficiency.Viewing from the present problems of listed companies,we can find the similar problems would appear in stated-owned commercial banks.Therefore,we should take some measures to increase management efficiency of them,such as decreasing stated-owned stocks,ensuring financial contributors,carrying out the plan of stock option,perfecting management structure,introducing independent system of board and strengthening effective supervision. |
