企业小型化趋势和国家政策扶持的必要性

生产高度社会化，企业出现了向大型化和小型化方向发展的两种趋势。中国的国情决定了企业在总体上主要是趋向小型化。具体表现在：一是很多现有企业将分化出众多的中小型企业；二是一大批新兴的中小型企业尤其是农村的乡镇企业将不断地如雨后春笋般破土而出，并在整个社会生产中所占的比例将持续扩大。与大型企业比较，中小型企业既有不足又有优势，尤其是我国农村中的中小企业对于农村经济发展具有极其重要的地位和作用，国家政策应该给予大力的扶持。

The Enterprise's Tendency to Become smaller and the Necessity of Support from Government Policy

Abstract As production become highly socialized, enterprise has two trends that it will become smaller or become larger. China's actual conditions decide that the major trend is to become smaller. One reason is many medium-sized or small enterprises will be seperated from enterprise in existance.Another reason is many a new enterprise such as township enterprises in the countryside will be established and will make up a bigger proportion. Compared with large enterprises, medium-sized and small enterprises have their own advantages and disadvantages and they are important to rural economy. Government should give support to them.
