| Abstract: | Based on the engineering construction characteristics and its task, with the aim of qualified construction, we should develop and perfact quality assurance system, including ideological assurance, organization assurance and control assurance. Meanwhile, reasonable division of labour and clear personnel roles and responsibilities should be promoted. We shall make every process of construction in control and record the quality at every process, for the traceability of the whole construction process. |
