Study on Retail Enterprise Electronic Supply Chain Model

The retail enterprise developing the electronic supply chain management pattern unified the electronic commerce and the high-level supply chain management is a kind of inevitable historical tendency.This article believes that,since the 1980s,in the implementation of supply chain management,the supply chain has developed for the electronic supply chain.The retail enterprise electronic supply chain takes the electronic commerce as a method,constituted by electronic purchase,inventory management,logistcs distribution and sales management,then realizes the integration of supply chain management thought and the method,the network and the electron,forms taking retail enterprise as the core enterprise's electronic supply chain operation pattern.
