On Major Issues in Chinese Reform and its Perspective

One of the achievements of China 's economic reform is that China has primarily established a market-oriented economic system based on a mixed economy.During the reform,China 's economy witnesses a lasting and rapid growth.The major problem in the reform is about unfairness,namely,there is an imbalance between the assumption of the costs of reform and the distribution of the benefits of the reform.The problem results from the incompleteness of the reform,which then as a consequence leads to distorted market rules by the former power system.Pointing out that China is now in an era of "post-Deng Xiaoping",the Article analyses the key characteristics of the era.It further points out that the future of China 's reform should be aimed to establishing a "Market Economy based on Democratic Politics" instead of maintaining the current "Market economy based on Power Politics".
