摘    要:企业的技术创新、管理创新等各项创新需求在一定期间处于不同的状态,解决主要矛盾的创新需求显得尤为重要。在推动企业发展的过程中,企业不只是重视通过新产品和服务创新实现增长,而且必须日益关注其业务模式和运营的创新,将其作为实现变革的关键机制。激发员工的想象力、触发创新的灵感,关乎企业的文化是否支持想象与变革。

Abstract:Technology creativity, management creativity and other creativity are in different condition in a certain period, so dealing with the creativity of the major contradiction is especially important.During the process of promoting the development, enterprises should not only concentrate on the new products and service creativity, but also pay more attention on the business mode and operation creativity, considering it as the key mechanism of realizing revolutionary. To incite the imagination of the staffs and to trigger their inspiration is relative to whether the culture of enterprises supports imagination and revolution.
