| 摘 要： | 我国地勘单位体制改革引发了地质勘查(矿产勘查)运作体制的变化,本文结合我国地勘单位的运作模式及矿产勘查的特征分析论证了矿产勘查进行市场化运作的二点理由:①矿产勘查市场化运作是解放矿产勘查生产要素的必然要求;②矿产勘查市场化运作是矿产资源全球化配置的必然要求。

| Abstract: | The reformation in geological work system resulted in the reformation in exploration units. It changed the operating system of geological exploration （mineral exploration） in China. On the basis of de- scribing the operation mode of our geological explo- ration units and the features of mineral exploration the This paper analyses two reasons of the operating mechanism of marketization in mineral exploration ：（1） the marketization is necessary for the liberation of mineral exploration production factors; （2）the marketi- zation is the inevitable requirement of mineral re- source allocation of globalization. |
