| Abstract: | According to the communication situation of a financial enterprise,the paper provided the design principles and solutions of a VoIP system,and discussed its characteristics and advantages.The system used multilevel H323 gatekeepers and multilevel voice gateways to construct the VoIP backbone network and achieved the following functions：free for charge to communicate within system,pay as local call for long distance call,teleconference,and call charging etc. |
