蒸汽热循环加热抽油杆工艺应用

摘    要:由于渤海地区冬季气温较低,原油在生产管柱和地面管汇中流动十分困难,影响了稠油井测试作业的准确性。通过最新设计的蒸汽热循环加热抽油杆工艺的应用,达到了加热粘稠流体,降低粘度,提高流动性的目的,提高了冬季稠油测试作业的准确性。

Abstract:Because of the low temperatures in winter in Bohai Sea area,oil is difficult to flow in the production tubing and manifolds,and impacts the accuracy of heavy oil well test job.With the application of latest design of steam thermal cycling rod technology,it reached the purposes of heating viscous fluid,reducing viscosity and improving liquidity,and improved the accuracy of heavy oil in winter testing.
