| Abstract: | This article discussed some understanding of the future development trend of China’s building management the from the overall planning,specialized division,labor training,useful life of architecture guidance,and proposed to establish the system of labour training,taking appointment with certificate and useful life of architecture guidance,with a view to have a certain degree of enlightenment to the future development in the construction industry. |
