| 摘 要： | 随着现代科学技术社会化、整体化趋势的加强,复合型人才的作用愈加重要。文章根据复合型人才培养模式的要求,对土木工程专业理论课程教学内容、教材建设、实践教学环节和考核方法等方面的改革进行分析和探索,提出建立复合型人才培养体系的一些新建议。

| Abstract: | Along with the development of modern science and technology,the socialization and integration of the technology is strengthened and the role of compound talents is more and more important.According to the requirements of training mode for developing interdisciplinary talent,this paper analyzed and explored the reformation of teaching contents in theory courses,building of textbook,practicing and assessing methods in the major of civil engineering,and proposed some new suggestions in establishing multiplex talent training system. |
