浅谈高职体育保健专业运动解剖生理学教学法改革

在运动解剖生理学教学实践中,根据教学内容和专业特点,注重学生创新能力和动手操作技能的培养,采取"教、学、做"一体化的模式,灵活运用多种教学方法,充分调动学生的学习积极性,力求达到教学有法、贵在得法的境界。强调教学密切联系实践中的具体实例,提高教学质量,这样做既可增强吸引力与感染力,又能缩短学以致用的时间,发现、分析与解决全民健身、体育保健康复实践中的问题。

Teaching Method Reform of Sports Anatomy and Physiology in Physical Education Health Care Specialty of Higher Vocational College

According to teaching content and specialty characteristics,the teachers should pay great attention to students’ creative ability and practical skills training in sports anatomy and physiology in the teaching practice.Strive to achieve the teaching method,which is in the appropriate realm.The teachers should use various teaching methods flexibly and take the "teaching,learning,doing" integration mode,fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students.It emphasizes teaching in close contact with the practical examples.Discovery,analysis and solution of the national fitness,physical health and rehabilitation problems in practice,which not only can enhance the attraction and appeal,and can shorten the time to learn in order to practise,to improve the quality of teaching.
