Analysis of the Impact of Discipline-violating File Management on the Growth of Contemporary Youth

In recent years,with the development of society,some young people especially college students’ behavior is more and more extreme,which causes serious consequences,however,for many youth,the impact of discipline-violating file on themselves is not very clear.This paper analyzes the impact of discipline-violating archives management on contemporary youth’s growth,and guides and educates the youth,through the improvement of discipline-violating archives management,in order to provide reference for redeeming the young who took a wrong step in life.
