新农村建设的社会效益及创新方法——从创建新农村文化角度分析

党的十六届五中全会提出了社会主义新农村建设的重大历史任务。本文从目前我国农村文化建设内涵及其意义出发,剖析其所存在问题和形成原因,就如何构建农村文化服务、创新农村文化、培养"有文化、懂技术、会经营"的新型农民文化队伍提出了对策与建议。

The Social Benefits of the New Rural Construction and the Innovative Way:From the Perspective of New Rural Cultural Construction

The Fifth Session of Sixteenth Central Committee of the CPC made a major historic task:building a new socialist countryside.Proceeding from the present meaning and significance of cultural construction in rural area of China,this paper analysed the problems and the causes,and put forward measures and proposals on how to build the rural cultural services,innovate rural culture,train the new peasant culture team with culture,skill and operation ability.
