高校教师专业发展理论研究框架的构建

摘    要:本文梳理了教师专业发展的相关理论,将其从纵向与横向两个层面进行了归类,其中纵向层面主要对教师专业发展阶段论的不同理论进行了归纳;横向层面则根据三种不同理论取向对教师专业发展理论进行了总结,并建立了高校教师专业发展理论研究的系统框架。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the related theories of teachers’ professional development and classifies them vertically and horizontally.Vertically,the authors mainly summarize the different theories of the study on the process of teachers’ professional development;horizontally,they sum up the theories of teachers’ professional development based on three different theoretical orientations and meanwhile establish a systematical framework of university teachers’ professional development theory.
