| 摘 要： | 物流企业为了生存和发展,十分注重物流管理人才的选拔和能力培养,物流人才"能力为本"校企合作培养模式引起高度重视,重点研究问题是迫切需要加快物流管理专业教育的系统研究,制定以"能力为本"的切实有效的人才培养模式,培养出符合企业需要的具有独特技能和优势的应用型物流管理人才。

| Abstract: | The logistics enterprise is focusing on the selection and ability training of logistics management talent for survival and development,so the logistics talent "competence-based" school-enterprise cooperation training mode is caused height attention.The key research problem is urgent needs of speeding up the system research on logistics management professional education,developing real effective "competence-based" talent training mode,training out the applied logistics management talents who meet enterprise needs and have unique skills and advantage. |
