我国石油安全及其应对措施

近年来,随着我国经济的持续、快速发展,能源和环境问题日益突出,越来越成为制约社会经济可持续发展的关键因素。石油作为当今主要的能源和化工原料,既是经济发展和社会生活必不可少的物质基础,但又是现实的重要污染源。本文给出了新的石油安全概念,并分析了当前我国石油安全形势,进一步介绍了解决石油安全问题的相关措施。

China's Oil Security and Countermeasures

In recent years,with the sustainable and rapid development of China’s economy,the problem of energy and environment is becoming outstanding,which has become the key factor to restrict the sustainable development of social economy.Petroleum as the main energy and industrial chemicals at present,is both the necessary material base of economic development and social life and the important sources of pollution.This paper puts forward the new oil safety concept,and analyzes the current situation of China’s oil security,and futher introduces the solution to the oil security problem.
